Forklift Operator – Distribution Center

About the role

Enovis is seeking a Forklift Operator to join its Fort Worth distribution center. You will play a key part in moving medical‑technology products efficiently through the warehouse, supporting the company’s mission to improve patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Load, unload, ship and receive items using industrial trucks.
• Transport materials to designated locations within the facility.
• Optimize loads for operational efficiency and secure them before movement.
• Inspect vehicles for damage and schedule maintenance or repairs.
• Operate technical equipment, including RF scanners, to manage inventory.
• Pick, wrap and prepare orders for shipment.
• Identify and report workplace safety hazards.
• Follow safety management standards and production schedules.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 1 year related experience.
• Valid forklift certification.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lb and maintain good physical condition.
• Excellent hand‑eye coordination and attention to detail.
• Basic mathematical aptitude and strong organizational skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
