Forklift Operator – 2nd Shift (Warehouse)

About the role

Enovis is seeking a reliable Forklift Operator for the 2nd shift at its Fort Worth distribution center. You will operate industrial trucks to move, load, and unload materials, supporting the company's medical‑technology supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Load, unload, ship, and receive warehouse items using motorized and hand‑rider trucks.
• Transport materials to designated locations within the facility.
• Optimize loads for operational efficiency and secure them before movement.
• Inspect equipment for damage and schedule maintenance or repairs.
• Operate RF scanning equipment to manage inventory.
• Pick and wrap orders for shipment.
• Identify and report workplace safety hazards.
• Follow production schedules and safety management standards.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of related experience.
• Valid forklift certification.
• Good physical condition and ability to lift up to 40 lb.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
