Forklift Operator – 2nd Shift

About the role

Enovis is seeking a reliable Forklift Operator for the second shift at its Fort Worth distribution center. The role involves moving, loading and unloading pallets and other materials to support the production and distribution of medical‑technology products.

Key responsibilities

• Operate motorized and hand forklifts to load, unload, ship and receive warehouse items.
• Transport materials to designated locations within the facility and optimize load configurations.
• Secure loads on equipment, inspect vehicles for damage and schedule maintenance.
• Use RF scanning devices to manage inventory and pick and wrap orders for shipment.
• Identify and report workplace safety hazards and follow safety management standards.
• Adhere to production schedules and ensure timely delivery of materials.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of related warehouse experience.
• Valid forklift certification.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lb and work in a typical warehouse environment.
• Excellent hand‑eye coordination and attention to detail.
