Forklift Driver – 2nd Shift (Warehouse)

About the role

The 2nd Shift Forklift Driver supports lululemon's Global Distribution team by safely moving merchandise and materials throughout the warehouse. You will operate various powered industrial trucks to keep inventory flowing efficiently across multiple departments.

Key responsibilities

• Operate electric powered industrial trucks (order picker, reach truck, rider jack, sit‑down forklift) to pick, pull, stack, and transport boxes up to 50 lb.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Support multiple areas of the distribution center, including receiving, returns, picking, packing, shipping, and value‑added services.
• Follow all safety policies, wear required personal protective equipment, and adhere to lean‑focused procedures.
• Complete non‑driving tasks as assigned by leadership.

Required profile

• At least 6 months of order picker (cherry picker) experience; reach‑truck or forklift experience is a plus.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a valid forklift certification.
• Comfort working at heights and using fall‑protection equipment.
• Strong attendance record and ability to lift frequently up to 50 lb.
