Food Service Worker (Full Time)

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Food Service Worker to join our team at the Delta One Lounge, Terminal 4, JFK International Airport. In this role you will prepare, present and serve food to guests, ensuring a high‑quality dining experience in a fast‑paced airport environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform food preparation tasks such as washing, peeling, cutting and seeding fruits and vegetables.
• Weigh and measure ingredients according to recipes and portion‑control standards.
• Transport pans, kettles and trays safely between work stations, stove and refrigeration units.
• Store food following proper wrapping, dating, rotation and safety procedures.
• Maintain clean work areas, equipment and utensils in compliance with sanitation standards.
• Distribute supplies, utensils and portable equipment as needed.
• Serve customers courteously, resolve concerns and follow cash‑handling and inventory controls.
• Adhere to all company service, safety and sanitation policies.

Required profile

• Previous experience in food and beverage service or a restaurant setting.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, in a high‑traffic environment.
• Commitment to follow food‑safety, sanitation and safety regulations.
