Food Server

About the role

We are looking for a Food Server to join the Food and Beverage Service Department at the exclusive Summit Club in Las Vegas. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality, personalized dining experiences to members and their guests in a fine‑dining setting.

Key responsibilities

• Provide impeccable, personalized service to members and guests, anticipating needs and addressing requests promptly.
• Present menus, describe dishes, and make informed recommendations, including wine and beverage pairings; accurately enter orders into the POS system.
• Serve food and beverages promptly, maintaining elegant presentation and fine‑dining service techniques.
• Collaborate with culinary, management, and bar teams to ensure seamless service; assist with side work such as resetting tables and maintaining a clean environment.
• Stay informed about menu offerings, daily specials, and club events to promote additional food and beverage options.
• Adhere to club policies, health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

Required profile

• Prior experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
• Strong knowledge of food, wine, and beverage service, including wine pairings.
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid SNHD health card and TAM Card; neat, professional appearance.
• Effective verbal and written English communication.
