Food Production Line Worker

About the role

Join Echo Lake Foods, a leading manufacturer of ready‑to‑eat egg products and breakfast foods, as a Food Production Line Worker. You will work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment, helping to prepare, package, and inspect products while maintaining strict safety and hygiene standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production line equipment safely and efficiently.
• Assemble, process, and package food items according to specifications.
• Inspect products for quality, defects, and compliance with standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area following GMP guidelines.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and personal protective equipment (PPE) procedures.
• Assist with line changeovers, equipment setup, labeling, packing, and palletizing.
• Report equipment malfunctions, product issues, or safety concerns to supervisors.
• Meet daily production goals and efficiency targets.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous experience in food production, manufacturing, or warehouse environments is a plus.
• Ability to stand for long periods (8‑12 hours) and lift/push/pull up to 50 lb.
• Comfort working in hot, cold, or refrigerated conditions.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed.
