About the role

The Food Preparation Specialist-2 supports the food service operations at Bolt’s Bistro on the Cossatot Community College campus. This position works within a safety‑focused environment and contributes to the college’s Continuous Quality Improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

  • Prepare food items in accordance with established safety and hygiene standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well‑stocked work area.
  • Participate in Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) processes by measuring and analyzing work outcomes.

Required profile

  • Current University of Arkansas System employee (including student employees or graduate assistants) or eligible applicant through Workday.
  • Successful completion of rigorous background checks.
  • Willingness to complete hands‑on orientation specific to the position.
