Food & Beverage Supervisor – PM (Flexible Schedule)

About the role

The Food & Beverage Supervisor (PM) leads lunch and dinner service at our Ocean Isle Beach location, ensuring guests enjoy delicious, memorable meals. This position offers a flexible schedule with weekend availability and a supportive benefits package.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee lunch and/or dinner service, guaranteeing high‑quality food and guest satisfaction.
• Set up and clean down the kitchen after each service.
• Maintain a clean, hygienic kitchen environment at all times.
• Monitor stock levels and store items under optimal conditions.
• Ensure food is freshly prepared, timely, and follows correct recipes and portion sizes.
• Communicate any issues promptly to the F&B Supervisor.
• Track and improve guest satisfaction levels.
• Uphold the highest standards of food production, preparation, and presentation.

Required profile

• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
• Flexible schedule with weekend availability.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to hygiene.

Required skills

• Serve Safe Certification (preferred but not mandatory).
