Floor Clerical Associate

About the role

The Floor Clerical Associate works in a busy Walmart distribution center, handling freight and supporting the flow of goods from receiving to shipping. This full‑time, onsite position ensures that inventory is accurately processed and ready for store replenishment.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
• Process and sort items for order‑filling and outbound shipping.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory movements.
• Operate material handling equipment safely.
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits.

Required profile

• Ability to work flexible weekday and weekend shifts.
• Physical capability to lift and move packages regularly.
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
• Basic reading and math skills for inventory tracking.
