Floating Service Supervisor

About the role

The Floating Service Supervisor ensures that all interior and exterior areas of the community meet Greystar’s high standards for cleanliness, safety, appearance, and functionality. This role combines hands‑on technical work with oversight of maintenance activities to keep the property operating smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests, diagnose issues, and perform repairs in line with company policies and code requirements.
• Manage the make‑ready process for vacant units, including inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination, and final quality checks.
• Develop and enforce standards for the appearance of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, signage, parking areas, and common spaces.
• Inspect work performed by service team members and external contractors to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies, collaborating with the Community Manager to stay within budget.
• Execute monthly preventative maintenance tasks as outlined in company procedures.

Required profile

• Proven experience in property or facilities maintenance.
• Strong ability to diagnose mechanical and technical issues.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with vendors and contractors.
