About the role

The Floating Leasing Professional will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for a residential community to meet occupancy, revenue, and resident retention targets. The role involves direct interaction with prospective and current residents throughout the leasing lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours, and showcase available apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages, and ensure smooth lease signing.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in to confirm they are ready for occupancy.
• Maintain resident satisfaction during the lease term and work to secure lease renewals.
• Collaborate with the community team to implement marketing and renewal initiatives that drive occupancy and revenue goals.

Required profile

• Prior experience in residential leasing or property management.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to qualify and guide prospects.
• Detail‑oriented approach to application processing and lease documentation.
• Ability to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
