Floating Leasing Manager

About the role

The Floating Leasing Manager will lead the leasing and marketing functions for a residential community in Phoenix, Arizona. Reporting to senior management, this role is responsible for driving revenue, occupancy and resident retention through strategic advertising, pricing and team leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Direct community marketing, print and online advertising to achieve revenue and occupancy targets.
• Oversee on‑site traffic, maintain an inventory of ready‑to‑lease apartments, and set rent pricing and concessions.
• Monitor daily sales and leasing activities, ensuring the leasing team meets performance goals.
• Analyze market and competitor conditions, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and implement creative pricing strategies.
• Lead and coach leasing team members, coordinating resources to support resident retention and overall community performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing leasing operations in multifamily or residential real‑estate environments.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics, pricing models and advertising channels.
• Leadership ability to guide and develop a leasing team.
