Floating Housekeeper – San Antonio Area

About the role

We are seeking a reliable Floating Housekeeper to maintain the cleanliness and presentation of vacant apartments, leasing offices, and common‑area amenities across multiple Greystar properties in the San Antonio area. The role involves rotating between up to five properties each day, ensuring each unit is market‑ready and all shared spaces are spotless.

Key responsibilities

• Clean the leasing office, clubhouse, common‑area restrooms, model units, amenities, and vacant apartments daily or as directed.
• Freshen vacant apartments and show units throughout the day to keep them market‑ready.
• Assist the make‑ready process by performing additional duties requested by the Service Manager, Community Manager, or Assistant Manager.
• Report any hazards or potentially dangerous situations to the appropriate supervisor.
• Maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies and notify the supervisor when re‑order is needed.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on the property.
• Ability to stand, walk, sit for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, climbing ladders, reaching, carrying objects, and crawling in confined areas.
• Capability to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to lift/move up to 25 lb independently and up to 50 lb with assistance.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays and respond to on‑call assignments.
• Willingness to travel between properties as needed.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Ability to manage inventory of cleaning materials.
