About the role

Join River Dental as a Floating Dental Assistant, providing chairside support across multiple locations in Northwest Arkansas. This full‑time, onsite role offers meaningful work and growth opportunities within a supportive team.

Key responsibilities

• Expose dental diagnostic X‑rays and record treatment information in patient records.
• Take and record medical and dental histories, vital signs, and clean teeth using dental instruments.
• Apply fluoride coatings, fabricate temporary restorations, and take custom impressions.
• Instruct patients on oral hygiene and plaque control programs.
• Pour, trim, and polish study casts.

Required profile

• Comfortable working shoulder‑to‑shoulder with doctors and delivering exceptional chairside care.
• Open to candidates with experience or new students seeking their first opportunity.
