Float Pharmacist

About the role

Albertsons Companies is seeking a Float Pharmacist to join its pharmacy team and provide direct patient care across multiple locations. You will build meaningful relationships with patients, support disease‑state management, and contribute to a culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and well‑being.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver patient‑centered care services, including medication therapy management and chronic disease support.
• Supervise pharmacy technicians, clerks, and pharmacy interns.
• Maintain operational standards, performance metrics, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Implement company initiatives aimed at increasing pharmacy profitability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D (or equivalent FPGEC).
• Active pharmacy license in the state(s) of practice, in good standing.
• Certified Immunizer (preferred).
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Required skills

• Immunization certification (preferred).
