Float Pharmacist – Community Pharmacy

About the role

Albertsons is seeking a Float Pharmacist to join its network of community pharmacies. In this position you will provide direct patient care, support disease‑state management, and build lasting relationships with customers across multiple store locations.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver patient‑centered medication therapy management and counseling.
• Supervise pharmacy technicians, clerks, and interns to ensure safe and efficient operations.
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory, safety, and performance standards.
• Participate in company initiatives aimed at improving profitability and patient outcomes.
• Provide immunizations and other preventive health services as a certified immunizer.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D (or equivalent FPGEC/NABP).
• Active pharmacy license in the state(s) of practice, in good standing.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Required skills

• Immunization administration (certified immunizer preferred).
