About the role

Join the Georgia Department of Juvenile Justice as a Fleet Coordinator at the Central Office in Decatur. You will oversee automotive and equipment maintenance, ensuring fleet operations run smoothly and safely.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor Driver Check Reporting System and forward violations to supervisors.
• Coordinate safety recall notifications and follow‑up with drivers.
• Maintain vehicle service records, receipts, mileage logs, and electronic filing.
• Process fuel PIN requests, activating or terminating pins within 48 hours.
• Manage the backup‑key storage compartment for agency vehicles.
• Track vehicles on the No Fuel List and ensure timely fueling.
• Assist with special projects and other fleet‑related duties as assigned.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least one year of experience in a related area.
• Valid driver’s license.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook.
