Fiscal Support Specialist – Cashier

About the role

The Fiscal Support Specialist – Cashier provides essential financial services for student accounts, handling tuition, fees, and miscellaneous charges. Working on the Main Campus in North Little Rock, you will ensure accurate posting of payments and deliver excellent customer service to students, staff, and visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and post cash, check, and electronic payments to student accounts.
• Reconcile daily cash receipts and maintain accurate financial records.
• Provide information and assistance regarding student account balances.
• Maintain confidentiality of student records in compliance with FERPA.
• Scan, import, and retrieve documents using the institution’s imaging system.
• Review and correct manual and computerized files for accuracy.
