About the role

The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) is seeking a Firstsource Contingent Worker to support its Revenue Cycle Billing team. This position focuses on complex claim denials and ensures accurate processing within a collaborative healthcare environment.

Key responsibilities

• Review and resolve complex claim denials in accordance with Firstsource guidelines.
• Analyze billing data to identify trends and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with internal finance and clinical teams to ensure accurate claim submission.
• Maintain documentation and compliance with federal, state, and institutional regulations.
• Provide timely updates on claim status and escalation when necessary.

Required profile

• Legal authorization to work in the United States on the first day of employment.
• Full Covid‑19 vaccination or approved exemption as required by UAMS.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
