About the role
We are looking for a reliable babysitter to care for a first‑grade child in Washington DC. The role starts within the next 7‑10 days and is part‑time, offering a safe and engaging environment for the child.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise the child during agreed hours, ensuring safety and well‑being.
- Engage the child in age‑appropriate play and educational activities.
- Follow the family’s routines and directions regarding meals, nap times, and bedtime.
- Maintain a clean and organized space for the child.
Required profile
- Previous babysitting or childcare experience with elementary‑age children.
- Background‑checked and verified college enrollment.
- Strong communication skills and a genuine love for working with children.
- Ability to follow instructions and a passion for helping others.
