Financial Solutions Advisor – Eastern Long Island (Spanish Required)

Bank of America is seeking a Financial Solutions Advisor for its Eastern Long Island market. The role focuses on delivering comprehensive financial advice and customized brokerage solutions to help clients meet short‑ and long‑term financial goals. Bilingual Spanish proficiency is required to serve a diverse client base.

Key responsibilities

• Triages client leads and refers them to appropriate internal partners based on asset thresholds and needs.
• Meets with clients to assess financial and investment objectives, builds tailored financial plans, and recommends brokerage products such as stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, and banking solutions.
• Recommends banking and investment strategies aligned with client goals.
• Identifies and engages potential new clients through referrals and existing financial‑center clientele.
• Provides coaching and feedback to referral partners based on client needs.
• Mitigates and controls risk in daily activities and ensures compliance with SAFE Act registration requirements.

Required profile

• Current Series 7 license.
• Series 66 license (or Series 63/65 with a passing score on the 66 exam).
• Ability to obtain and maintain SAFE Act registration and pass related background checks.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish.
