Financial Solutions Advisor – Eastern Long Island (Spanish Required)

About the role

Bank of America is seeking a Financial Solutions Advisor for its Eastern Long Island market. This role provides comprehensive financial advice and customized solutions to help clients achieve both short‑term and long‑term financial goals.

Key responsibilities

• Triages client leads and refers them to appropriate internal partners based on asset thresholds and client needs.
• Meets with clients to review financial and investment objectives, builds detailed financial plans, and recommends brokerage products such as stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, and banking solutions.
• Applies and expands product knowledge by completing required licenses and training programs.
• Ensures compliance with SAFE Act registration requirements and maintains good standing in the federal registry.
• Mitigates and controls risk in daily activities while adhering to Bank of America policies.
• Identifies and engages potential new clients through referrals and existing financial‑center clientele.
• Provides coaching and feedback to referral partners based on client needs and product recommendations.

Required profile

• Current Series 7 and Series 66 licenses (or Series 63/65 in lieu of 66).
• Ability to obtain and maintain SAFE Act registration.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of banking, investment, and brokerage products.
• Commitment to an in‑office work environment with appropriate flexibility.
