Financial Planning & Analysis Associate

About the role

We are looking for an FP&A Associate to support financial planning and analysis at Greystar’s consolidated level. The role will drive internal management reporting, oversee key finance processes and provide strategic insight to senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver the monthly consolidated management reporting package for the Executive Committee, highlighting actual‑to‑budget performance, variances and key metrics.
• Collaborate with business line leaders to understand profitability drivers and translate them into actionable financial analysis.
• Assist in the development of the company’s consolidated annual business plan, quarterly re‑forecasts and related presentation materials for senior leadership and the Board.
• Work closely with accounting and finance teams to ensure consistent presentation of business plans and forecasts.
• Lead external bondholder communications and manage the preparation of required presentation materials.

• Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting complex financial information to senior executives.
• Proven ability to manage multiple deliverables and meet tight deadlines.
• Leadership and organizational skills to drive finance processes from start to finish.
