Financial Due Diligence Manager – Midwest/West

About the role

As a Financial Due Diligence Manager in PwC’s Deals practice, you will advise clients on mergers, acquisitions and divestitures across the Midwest and West regions. You will lead due‑diligence workstreams, analyse financial information and provide strategic insights to maximise deal value.

Key responsibilities

• Lead financial due diligence workstreams for M&A and divestiture transactions.
• Analyse quality of earnings, cash flows, assets and other key financial metrics.
• Develop strategic advice and business diligence services for clients.
• Manage project planning, budgeting, execution and delivery.
• Coach and mentor junior team members.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure quality and timely deliverables.
• Utilise financial modeling to support client transactions.
• Identify opportunities for business growth and value maximisation.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience.
• Professional qualification such as CPA, CFA, Chartered Accountant or MBA.
• Preferred academic background in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related fields.
