Financial Due Diligence Intern – Summer 2028

About the role

Join PwC’s Deals Advisory team as a Financial Due Diligence Intern for the Summer 2028 term. You will support the assessment of financial health and risks of potential transactions, gaining exposure to the full deal lifecycle from strategy to post‑deal value creation.

Key responsibilities

• Assist teams in conducting financial due diligence for mergers and acquisitions.
• Analyze financial statements to evaluate the health of target companies.
• Help build and update financial models for business valuation and investment analysis.
• Review business performance metrics and contribute to strategic insights.
• Support the preparation of forecasts, reports, and client presentations.
• Collaborate with experienced professionals to learn PwC’s advisory methodologies.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or having completed a Bachelor’s degree.
• Preferably studying Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Management Information Systems, or related fields.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.3 (or equivalent).
• Available to work during the summer of 2028 before graduation.
