MAPFRE is seeking a Financial Data Reporting Analyst to join its finance team in Webster, MA. The role focuses on turning complex financial data into actionable insights through modern analytics tools, supporting both operational and strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and self‑service reporting solutions for finance and business stakeholders.
• Automate recurring financial reporting processes and data workflows to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy.
• Identify and implement opportunities to streamline reporting and eliminate inefficiencies across financial planning and management reporting.
• Document reporting processes, data sources and technical solutions to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity.
• Evaluate emerging analytics, automation and AI‑enabled tools to enhance finance processes and reporting capabilities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or a related field.
• Strong financial acumen combined with technical expertise in data analytics.
• Experience designing dashboards, automating reporting and delivering financial insights.
