About the role
This position offers a senior financial leadership opportunity within a nationally recognized construction firm, based in Houston. The controller will drive consistent corporate financial strategy, acting as the primary liaison with banks, auditors, and tax authorities.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day company accounts.
- Oversee audits and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Assist with financial planning and analysis.
- Lead budget forecasting and cash‑flow management.
- Ensure compliance with all governmental regulations.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 8+ years of finance experience, preferably in construction.
- Qualified CPA (Certified Public Accountant).
Required skills
- Construction finance and job‑cost accounting expertise.
- Strong knowledge of audit processes and financial reporting.
- Experience with budgeting, cash‑flow management and government compliance.
What we offer
- Competitive base salary ranging from $160 K to $215 K.
