Financial Controller

About the role

DocNetwork is looking for a hands‑on Financial Controller to lead core accounting operations and build the financial foundation for its next growth stage. This full‑time, hybrid position will manage day‑to‑day accounting, month‑end close, reporting, compliance, payroll, and internal controls while partnering with leadership on budgeting and forecasting.

Key responsibilities

• Own monthly, quarterly, and year‑end close processes, including reconciliations, journal entries, and financial statement preparation.
• Maintain and update accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Oversee day‑to‑day accounting operations, payroll, and financial reporting.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and delivering key financial insights.
• Identify and implement improvements to systems, processes, and reporting for better visibility and decision‑making.
