Financial Controller - Franchise Group (Senior)

About the Position

Join a dynamic and growing brand as our Financial Controller for the Franchise Group. In this strategic role, you will spearhead all financial operations and reporting for our franchise system, ensuring fiscal integrity and driving the financial success of our expanding network.

Main Missions

• Direct all financial operations and reporting for the franchise system, including management of royalties, marketing fees, and initial franchise fees.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, providing deep-dive analysis for management, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
• Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models, budgets, and forecasts to support system-wide planning and growth.
• Manage cash flow, monitoring balances, debt obligations, and significant fund movements to optimize liquidity.
• Ensure strict compliance with Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) requirements and FTC regulations.
• Collaborate with legal and executive teams for annual FDD updates and oversee Financial Performance Representations (FPR).
• Establish and implement robust accounting policies, internal controls, and financial standards to promote franchisee profitability and brand alignment.

Profile Required

• Proven experience in financial controlling, specifically within a franchise or multi-unit business model.
• Strong expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Deep understanding of regulatory compliance (FDD, FTC) and audit processes.
• High level of accountability and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Exceptional analytical skills with a strategic mindset for liquidity and cash management.
