Financial Controller / Finance Business Partner

About the role

We are seeking a Financial Controller / Finance Business Partner to join an international organization and support a dedicated business area. In this position you will partner with business units, drive budgeting and forecasting, and deliver profitability analysis that informs strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in the budgeting and forecasting cycles, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business goals.
• Conduct variance analysis comparing actual results to budget/forecast.
• Analyze profitability across business dimensions and prepare ad‑hoc financial analyses.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and senior stakeholders to provide financial insights.
• Ensure financial processes comply with internal policies and improve analysis efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in finance or controlling, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Strong knowledge of planning, budgeting, cost control and IFRS principles.
• Understanding of complex reporting structures and financial accounting.
• High analytical mindset, proactive attitude and ability to work independently.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with CCH Tagetik (strong advantage).
