Financial Controller – Commercial Finance & Business Analytics Partner

About the role

The Commercial Finance & Business Analytics Partner / Controller leads accounting and financial reporting while acting as a strategic partner to the Executive Leadership Team. The role combines rigorous financial control with data‑driven analysis to boost profitability and operational performance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting functions (GL, AP, AR, payroll, fixed assets, cash management) and manage monthly, quarterly and annual closes.
• Prepare accurate financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP and maintain internal controls.
• Coordinate audits and tax filings with external CPA firms.
• Develop executive dashboards, KPIs and financial reports that illuminate business performance.
• Analyze sales, customer profitability, product mix, manufacturing performance, operating expenses and working capital.
• Build financial models and scenario analyses to support strategic decisions.
• Own the end‑to‑end pricing process for quotations, new product launches and replenishment business.
• Continuously improve reporting automation, data quality and decision‑making processes.

Required profile

• Strong accounting fundamentals and deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP.
• Exceptional analytical capabilities and a passion for turning complex data into actionable insights.
• Hands‑on experience building financial models, automating reports and creating dashboards.
• Ability to partner cross‑functionally with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain and Executive Leadership.
