Financial Controller – Commercial Construction

About the role
We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to lead the finance function for a leading commercial general contractor in South West Florida. This role offers the chance to shape financial strategy within a dynamic construction environment.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee all financial activities of the company
- Prepare and analyze financial reports
- Develop and monitor budgetary goals
- Manage cash flow and financial forecasting
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in finance or accounting
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office suite
