Financial Advisor - Client Relationship Focus

About the role

Drake & Associates is seeking a Relationship Advisor who will focus exclusively on serving an existing book of clients. The role emphasizes building trust, delivering personalized financial plans, and enhancing client satisfaction without any prospecting responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, present, and implement customized financial plans tailored to each client’s needs.
• Advise clients on annuities, life and long‑term care insurance, investment strategies, and retirement planning.
• Manage and retain strong client relationships through regular communication and support.
• Participate in client appreciation and educational events to boost engagement and loyalty.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years experience in financial services.
• Series 65 or a combination of Series 66 and Series 7, plus Life and Health licenses.
• Proven client‑facing experience with responsibility for managing relationships, conducting meetings, and delivering ongoing advice.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, interpersonal, and management abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with Salesforce is preferred.
