Financial Advisor - Centralized

About the role

The Centralized Financial Advisor will work remotely by phone to identify client needs, understand objectives, and provide investment and insurance recommendations that meet compliance standards. This role supports Santander’s transformation into a technology‑driven, customer‑centric organization.

Key responsibilities

• Identify client needs and deliver appropriate investment/insurance solutions via telephone.
• Achieve and exceed individual and branch sales and revenue targets on a quarterly basis.
• Maintain compliance with bank, broker/dealer, state and federal regulations, including FINRA and FDIC rules.
• Provide qualified leads to branch personnel for additional bank products such as deposits and loans.
• Participate in sales meetings, training initiatives, and planning sessions.
• Develop and execute quarterly business development plans aligned with sales objectives.
• Maintain accurate records, operational procedures, and timely activity reports.
• Build internal and external relationships to generate referrals and meet appointment goals.
• Mentor and coach Licensed Bank Employees within the assigned territory.
• Conduct client appointments, seminars, and branch training sessions to foster long‑term relationships.

Required profile

• Valid licenses for selling investment and insurance products.
• Strong knowledge of FINRA, FDIC, and applicable state and federal regulations.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and drive revenue growth.
• Excellent communication skills for telephone‑based client interactions.
• Experience mentoring or coaching sales staff is preferred.
