Finance Transformation – OneStream Consultant (Senior Associate)

About the role

PwC’s Finance Transformation team is seeking a Senior Associate to design and implement finance solutions using OneStream. You will work with clients to improve financial performance, decision‑making, and operational efficiency through enterprise performance management.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration and deployment of OneStream solutions for budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Analyse complex financial data, develop performance metrics and KPIs, and build reporting frameworks.
• Mentor junior team members and collaborate with cross‑functional consultants.
• Engage with clients to understand business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and ensure successful delivery.
• Support continuous improvement of finance processes and provide strategic recommendations.

Required profile

• Senior Associate level with several years of experience in finance consulting or enterprise performance management.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to solve complex financial problems.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build trusted client relationships.
• Proactive, adaptable and comfortable working in ambiguous environments.
