Finance Manager, US Non-Sort Operations Finance

About the role

Amazon's North American Customer Fulfillment (NACF) Finance is seeking a Finance Manager to act as a trusted finance partner for the US Non‑Sort (USNS) Controllership team. You will support operational and financial excellence across a large‑scale fulfillment network, driving data‑driven decisions and modernising controllership processes.

Key responsibilities

• Own the USNS Monthly Business Review (MBR) cycle end‑to‑end, coordinating inputs from Variable Cost, Productivity, Wage, Hours, and Hiring teams.
• Build executive summaries and deliver leadership‑ready reporting packages to the USNS Operations VP and senior finance leaders.
• Partner with Operations, Site Leaders, and General Managers to ensure budget adherence and proactively surface variance issues.
• Design, build, and scale automated reporting mechanisms and AI‑assisted workflows to improve speed, accuracy, and accessibility of financial insights.
• Use financial knowledge and business acumen to analyse data, draw conclusions, and make actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in tax, finance, or a related analytical field.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related discipline.
