Finance Manager – Tennis Events

About the role

MARI Group is seeking a proactive Finance Manager to support its portfolio of international tennis events, including the Rio Open, DC Open, São Paulo Open, and the Miami Open. Based in Miami Gardens, FL, you will partner with event directors, operations teams and senior leadership to provide clear and timely financial information that drives effective decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted finance partner to Event Directors, Operations teams and senior leadership across the assigned tennis event portfolio.
• Maintain accurate event budgets, revenue plans and forecasts, enabling reliable pre‑ and post‑event financial reporting.
• Deliver financial analysis, scenario planning and commentary to support commercial and operational decisions.
• Identify, communicate and reflect financial risks and opportunities in forecasts and planning.
• Prepare month‑end P&L, balance sheet and cash‑flow reports that reflect the latest view of each event.
• Support event close‑out processes, ensuring all financial obligations are met.

Required profile

• Proactive and adaptable finance professional with experience in event or sports finance.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle occasional weekend work during events.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of relevant finance experience.
