About the role

As a Finance Function Strategy Consulting Senior Manager at PwC, you will help clients redesign their finance operating models, close performance gaps, and align finance functions with strategic objectives. You will lead transformation projects, coach teams, and deliver high‑impact financial solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead finance function optimization projects to improve organizational structure and processes.
• Analyze current finance operating models, identify gaps and inefficiencies.
• Design and implement solutions for finance processes, roles, and responsibilities.
• Provide strategic guidance on finance transformation, change management, and talent development.
• Develop financial solutions that enhance client performance and decision‑making.
• Coach and motivate teams to solve complex financial challenges.
• Apply systems thinking to uncover underlying problems and opportunities.
• Validate outcomes with clients and refine strategies based on feedback.
• Direct teams through ambiguous situations with composure and clear communication.

Required profile

• At least a Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
• Preferred academic background in Accounting, Analytics/Data Science, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Economics, or Finance.
