Finance Function Strategy Consulting Manager

About the role

As a Finance Function Strategy Consulting Manager, you will work closely with CEOs, CFOs, controllers and treasurers to redesign finance functions, improve operating models and drive digital transformation. You will lead consulting engagements, mentor junior staff and ensure project delivery meets PwC’s high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead finance function strategy projects to optimise client finance structures and operating models.
• Guide teams in designing and implementing finance organisation designs and process improvements.
• Apply analytical thinking and business‑process analysis to streamline finance operations.
• Drive finance transformation initiatives, including technology integration and digital tools.
• Manage stakeholder engagement to align finance strategies with broader business objectives.
• Coach team members on finance process improvement, strategic finance and change management.
• Conduct financial modelling and analysis to support decision‑making and strategic planning.
• Oversee change‑management activities to support organisational growth.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in finance, consulting or related fields.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear recommendations.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage client relationships.
