Finance Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a Finance Coordinator to join the managerial team at Kärcher Panamá. The role will support budgeting, cash‑flow management and strategic financial initiatives while ensuring compliance with corporate policies.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in budget definition and implementation of strategic initiatives.
• Maintain proper financial control through administrative procedures and company policies aligned with regional and global strategies.
• Coordinate external consultants to ensure accurate accounting records and financial results.
• Oversee cash‑flow planning, collections and payments to meet short‑ and long‑term needs.
• Prepare and validate monthly and annual financial statements for local and corporate reporting.
• Generate internal management reports such as sales performance, margin analysis and special project updates.
• Lead compliance activities and coordinate legal, accounting and administrative matters.
• Supervise direct reports and plan internal controls, inventories and reconciliations.
• Participate in company projects and relevant training sessions.
• Adhere to quality, safety and occupational health policies.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or a related field.
• Post‑graduate studies in Finance, MBA or International Business are a plus.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1 level).
• Familiarity with accounting standards (IFRS preferred).
• Experience in strategic and financial planning processes.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• ERP SAP or a similar system.
• Knowledge of IFRS accounting standards.
