Finance Analyst – Temporary Contract

About the role

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is seeking a Finance Analyst on a temporary contract to support its Services finance team in Herndon, VA. The analyst will work closely with the Head of Services Finance (Americas) to provide financial reporting, cost control and performance analysis that inform key business decisions across the Americas.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute the Annual Operative Planning (AOP) cycle for the regional Services business.
• Prepare and deliver financial reviews, performing root‑cause analysis of budget variances and recommending risk‑mitigation or opportunity‑capture actions.
• Develop and maintain financial models and dashboards to support cost controlling and performance management.
• Lead the integration of AI use‑case assessments for budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure accurate month‑end closing and reporting.
