Field Trainer / Quality Control Lead

About the role

Join DNC Facility Services as a Field Trainer and Quality Control Lead, a hands‑on leadership position that ensures every site, crew, and new hire meets the company’s high standards. This field‑based role requires flexible evenings to support night‑shift teams and involves direct training, coaching, and quality inspections.

Key responsibilities

• Train new hires hands‑on at real job sites.
• Retrain and coach staff when standards slip.
• Conduct scheduled and unannounced quality inspections.
• Coach Team Leads on daily enforcement of standards.
• Support new account launches from day one.
• Stabilize struggling sites or cover call‑outs as needed.
• Hold direct, professional conversations when performance is not meeting standards.

Required profile

• Enjoy teaching and correcting others with patience.
• High attention to detail and strong work ethic.
• Comfortable having hard conversations.
• Observant, proactive and takes ownership.
• Clear, consistent communicator respected by peers.
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
• Available evenings Monday‑Friday without exception.
