Field Solutions Consultant

About the role

As a Field Solutions Consultant you will act as a trusted advisor for legal professionals, helping them maximise the value of LexisNexis solutions. You will combine education, support and consultative selling to retain and grow revenue across your assigned accounts while building strong internal and external relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver consultative services to legal customers and prospects, ensuring optimal use and understanding of LexisNexis products.
• Partner with sales teams to influence preference, shape strategy and develop strategic account plans.
• Identify and share leads and opportunities with sales partners and product specialists.
• Conduct competitor research, analyse findings and relay insights to product, segment and marketing teams.
• Engage with clients to understand challenges, provide guidance, education and consultation.
• Gather feature and function requirements from customers and communicate them to product teams.
• Utilise required processes, tools and systems to track activities and outcomes.

Required profile

• Juris Doctorate (JD) degree.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to build solid relationships internally and externally.
• Experience in training and/or sales, with a track record of delivering research assignments.
• Strong organisational skills and willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
