Field Service Technician

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Field Service Technician to join our mobile team covering Eastern Washington and surrounding areas. You will work on‑site, diagnosing and repairing a wide range of heavy construction plant machinery.

Key responsibilities

• Perform service, maintenance and repair on crushing machinery, excavators and material handlers.
• Travel independently across a large regional territory, including overnight stays.
• Diagnose equipment faults and provide high‑quality technical support at customer sites.
• Collaborate with clients to ensure optimal equipment performance and reliability.

Required profile

• Proven experience with heavy construction, plant or industrial equipment.
• Comfortable working independently in a field‑based role with regional travel.
• Motivated to develop technical skills and pursue long‑term career growth.
• Hands‑on, reliable and customer‑focused attitude.
