Field Service Representative & Athletic Trainer

About the role

Enovis is seeking a dedicated professional to join its Field Services team in Peoria, IL. The role blends field service representation with athletic training, focusing on patient care and the management of durable medical equipment (DME) in orthopedic settings.

Key responsibilities

• Provide account management and day‑to‑day service operations for DME programs.
• Verify patient benefits, handle pre‑authorizations and collect patient responsibility.
• Evaluate clinic needs and collaborate with Sales and Field Service teams to optimise inventory performance.
• Travel within the assigned territory to monitor inventory levels, track orders and resolve issues.
• Act as liaison between customers, Enovis, and the Sales team.
• Ensure compliance with Enovis ethics programs, OIG, HIPAA and other healthcare regulations.

Required profile

• Passion for patient care in an orthopedic environment.
• Background in Durable Medical Equipment (DME) management.
• Ability to travel within the designated territory.
• Understanding of healthcare compliance and regulatory requirements.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Durable Medical Equipment (DME) processes.
• Experience with inventory valuation methods.
• Familiarity with pre‑authorization tools and benefit verification.
• Understanding of HIPAA compliance.
