Field Service Professional – Smart Home Technology

About the role

Join Vivint Smart Home’s field team in Lubbock and become the face of cutting‑edge smart home technology. You will install, service, and sell intelligent home solutions while helping customers feel safe and connected.

Key responsibilities

• Install, service, and troubleshoot security cameras, smart locks, and home automation systems.
• Assess each home on‑site and recommend upgrades or additional services to enhance security and convenience.
• Educate homeowners on system operation and best practices.
• Maintain accurate records of installations, sales, and service calls.

Required profile

• Customer‑first attitude with strong integrity and rapport‑building skills.
• Sales mindset – experience in retail, B2C sales, insurance, or service sales is a plus.
• Technical aptitude – background in cable/satellite install, pest control, construction, or solar is helpful.
• Willingness to learn and grow through ongoing coaching and training.
