Field Service Professional – Smart Home Tech

About the role

Join Vivint Smart Home as a Field Service Professional, the front‑line expert who installs and maintains cutting‑edge smart home technology while helping customers upgrade to safer, more connected solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Install, service, and troubleshoot security cameras, smart locks, and home automation systems at residential sites.
• Assess each home’s needs and recommend additional equipment or service enhancements on‑site.
• Educate homeowners on system operation to ensure confidence and peace of mind.
• Maintain accurate service records and report any issues to the support team.

Required profile

• Customer‑first attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
• Sales mindset – experience in retail, B2C sales, insurance or service sales is a plus.
• Willingness to learn technical installation skills through provided training.
