Field Service Professional – Smart Home Tech

About the role

Join Vivint Smart Home as a Field Service Professional, the front‑line expert who installs and maintains cutting‑edge smart home technology for residential customers in Tulsa. You will combine technical installation skills with on‑site consultative sales to deliver safer, more connected homes.

Key responsibilities

• Install, service, and troubleshoot security cameras, smart locks, and home automation systems.
• Assess customer homes on‑site and recommend upgrades or additional services.
• Educate homeowners on system operation and best practices.
• Maintain company‑provided tools, tablet, and vehicle while adhering to safety standards.
• Document work orders and sales activity accurately in the company system.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑first attitude with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Sales mindset – experience in retail, B2C sales, insurance, or service sales is a plus.
• Reliability and integrity when representing the brand on customers’ properties.
