About the role

Join Vivint Smart Home as a Field Service Professional, the front‑line expert who installs and maintains cutting‑edge smart home technology for residential customers in Holly Springs, MS. You will combine technical installation skills with consultative sales to deliver safe, connected, and energy‑efficient homes.

Key responsibilities

• Install, service, and troubleshoot security cameras, smart locks, and home automation systems at customer residences.
• Assess each home on‑site, recommend upgrades, and sell additional smart‑home solutions.
• Educate homeowners on system operation, ensuring they feel confident and secure.
• Maintain accurate service records and follow company safety protocols.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑first attitude with the ability to build rapport and act with integrity.
• Sales mindset – experience in retail, B2C sales, insurance, or service‑based sales is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and grow through ongoing coaching and leadership training.
